Dale Frasier purchased the auction on May 1st, 2021 and has substantially grown our operations through hard work, great customer service and the most cost-effective option for dealers and financial institutions in Michigan.

Our 50+ staff earnestly work to call you by your first name and understand your regular business dealings like transportation and payment requests. Our office is equipped to safely store, transfer, and certify your documents. The transportation department employs many drivers as well as professional haulers licensed through the DOT.

Our Facility is centrally located in Clare, Michigan and sports an expansive newly paved lot secured by multiple gates and video surveillance. Our heated auction area can support 3 live lanes, online bidding, a food truck during summer months and hot complimentary meals in the winter.
